and we're off!

it's been an exhausting time filled with work-filled days and pingy filled nights. we lurves our pingy.


last night i made rabbit for dinner. braised rabbit with olives, tomatoes, and rosemary, served with gremolata on egg pappardelle.

now we're doing a final bag check before tucking in for the night. the dotytron's da' is picking us up at 6am tomorrow to head to the airport. i'll come back with a full report if i can summon the words from my deep dish pizza haze.
